Wholesaling real estate involves doing a lot of things that test your commitment to doing this business - cruisin' for cash, putting up bandit signs, calling on property owners, etc.

In this video, I resume calling a specific property owner of a vacant property with 67 possible phone numbers! Yes, that's right, 67 numbers - I'm calling every last possible number for this property owner. If I can't locate him, I will then send him a yellow letter.

This kind of action separates the chaff from the wheat. Asking yourself are you willing to do whatever is necessary to make "IT" happen in your real estate wholesaling business is key.
